QUT can help

• Student Financial Assistance Scheme provides short-term financial assistance for basic living expenses like textbooks, rent and medical expenses.
• Scholarships and bursaries are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Low-income background students can get support from the QUT Equity section.
• Financial advice is offered by QUT Counselling.
• Sports scholarships and textbook bursaries are provided by the QUT Student Guild.
• The Student Guild can also help you find a job through their Employment Service.

Centrelink offers a range of payments and services while you're studying or training. Check out the 'Studying or training?' webpage on the Centrelink website for more details.

Student income support is also now available for eligible students studying approved masters courses.
